Dear friends and neighbors,
Our April update is short and sweet:
Thanks to the volunteers who said yes to treating the area near SKEA last week. They met and worked with some of the local neighbors to prevent the spread of the invasive coqui frog in South Kona. Mahalo.
Next week, volunteers meet neighbors near the Painted Church. Tag on Monday April 26th at 7pm, listen and locate coqui frogs. Then, Treatment Tuesdays at 3 or 4 pm.
Mahalo for doing your part to Keep Kona Quiet!
Dates are being discussed for projects near the Honaunau PO, Captain Cook just off Hwy 11 and re-treating areas from last fall. Stay tuned to our community frog blog. Aloha.
