With the return of the rains, come a return of the coqui frogs noise and our community's commitment to Keep Kona Quiet. There has been request from the community to malama the area near Patel's and SKEA.

Meet at Patel's (The Sprit Gas Station) near mile marker 106 on HWY 11.
Monday evening 3/29 at 6:30 to TAG trees and listen for frog sound.
Next Tuesday 3/30 at 4 pm TREAT area.
Depending on the size of the job and area, volunteers will discern if 2 locations can be treated on one day.
In other news, neighbors on Rock Bottom Rd share that they are treating their property on their own, after a few volunteer "education" visits this fall. Our group is about community, education and empowerment. We work together and help each other to manage and malama coqui noise.
